I had trouble getting the Team Maverick One patch to work with Portable 3rd HD, since I had trouble finding and apply the patch, I'd figure I'd release an easier method.

If you're not sure how to use that, here's a simple version:
Monster Hunter Portable 3rd Amazon
Download this zip file file by clicking on Google's file menu and clicking download, it contains xdelta, the patch, and a small batch script
Extract the contents of the zip file to a folder of your choice. Don't run the script without extracting the files first because it'll put your new, patched file in the same folder that it ran out of, usually a temp folder.. you probably don't want your iso there.
Run the batch script, read the instructions, when asked to click and drag your unpatched iso onto the console window and then press enter
After a moment of processing the patching will be complete and it'll tell you where the patched file is and what the name of it is, you should be able to load it into PPSSPP and play (and yes, it works online).
